Rev Fest is Wagga Wagga’s hot rod car show. Over a weekend in October they showcase a range of vehicles, including fun activities, demonstrations, give-aways and free ice cream for children.

The Wagga Wagga Jazz Festival is held annually in September. Now in its eleventh year, the festival aims to make a significant contribution to the Australian jazz scene.

The Murrumbidgee Turf Club is Wagga Wagga’s racecourse. They have a full calendar of events, including frequent horse races, social race days, themed events and private functions.

If you’re strapped for things to do, the Rivernia Playhouse is worth a look. They present engaging modern theatre, usually from local groups. They promote audience participation on particular nights where you have the opportunity to speak to the cast and crew after the production.
